Anti-human trafficking
Riley Ventures LLC d/b/a AfterDark.ai prohibits using the Services to advertise, solicit, recruit, coordinate, or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or the prostitution or commercial sexual exploitation of any person, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1591, FOSTA-SESTA, and applicable law.

What is not allowed
- Recruiting, harboring, or transporting a person for commercial sex.
- Advertising or arranging real-world escorting, prostitution, or paid sexual encounters.
- Generating or sharing content that is used to offer or solicit those services.
- Any sexual content involving a minor — including fictional or “aged up” minors.
What we do
- Age gate and adult-only access; enhanced verification where required by law.
- Automated and human review of reports that indicate trafficking or commercial sex.
- Account termination and preservation of records where required.
- Cooperation with law enforcement on legally valid requests.
Report it
Email safety@afterdark.ai immediately if you believe the Services are being used for trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation. Include the account or URL only — do not circulate the content.
