Cancellation
You can stop future billing.
Paid AfterDark.ai plans are monthly subscriptions processed by CCBill. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features continues through the end of the period already paid, unless CCBill Consumer Support decides otherwise on a specific request.

Refunds
Billing and refund requests are reviewed case by case. CCBill Consumer Support handles card-related refund decisions. Email support@afterdark.ai if you want us involved.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, contact us or CCBill Consumer Support first so we can try to fix it. A chargeback may still be available through your card issuer under their rules.
